Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver therapy across skilled nursing centers, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
You will collaborate with the rehab director and interdisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care and optimal outcomes for patients of all ages.
