Job description
Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Boise, ID team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, providing in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily life.
Role requires completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician training and an active RBT certification. We offer competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, wellness stipends, and benefits for full-time staff.
