Job description
Blue Compass Behavioral Services LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a female client in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of RBT experience and a compassionate, assent-based approach.
Fluent English is required, and reliable transportation with consistent attendance is essential. Medicaid credentialing is not required, and female RBTs are preferred.
