Job description
Heartland ABA in Ridgway, CO is seeking a dedicated Child Empowerment Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
You will join a collaborative clinical team, record session data accurately, and help families implement skill-building plans. RBT certification is required before working, and part-time positions are available.
