Job description
HireCare Services in Madison, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexibility and a meaningful way to support children and families across Madison and surrounding areas.
We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), 15–25+ hours per week, and compensation of $21–$25 per hour, with opportunities for professional training and growth within the company.
