Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions in clients’ homes or community locations.
We offer part-time schedules, same-day pay options, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA programs. Paid training is provided, and you’ll work with a supportive clinical team to help clients reach their goals.
