Job description
Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with the clinical team and family members.
The role emphasizes flexibility with part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive ABA environment. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required.
