Job description
The Santana Institute for Learning, a Finni Health company, seeks an RBT for in-home ABA therapy in Seal Beach, CA. This part-time role involves one-on-one client work under BCBA supervision to build communication, life skills, and independence.
Fridays and Saturdays, 2-3 hours per day, with an optional additional 2 hours on a 3rd day; up to 7 hours weekly. Pay is $25-$27 per hour, plus supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and ongoing training.
