Job description
A Gifted Journey LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes and communities, following a BCBA-approved treatment plan. This role focuses on accurate data collection and collaborative progress updates with families.
You will collect session data, coach parents, and report to your supervising BCBA. Caseloads are organized around family availability, with priority given to sustainable, low-burnout schedules in the Dallas area.
