Job description
Alice's Place, LLC in Georgia is seeking a dependable Assessment Nurse to join our Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) team. You will perform nursing assessments and conduct in-home visits to assess health status, functional needs, medications, and overall care requirements.
Ideal candidates hold a Georgia nursing license (RN or LPN), with strong documentation and communication skills. Travel to participant homes within designated service areas is required, following HIPAA and program policies.
