Job description
RCG Behavioral Health Network seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and mentorship for in-home ABA services. You will supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists, conduct assessments, and collaboratively develop treatment plans for children and families.
Lead family training, ensure ethical practice, and maintain documentation. Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA interventions and support clinical leadership in ongoing development.
