Job description
Dragonfly Cares is seeking an In Home Services BCBA to deliver individualized ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism and developmental disabilities across Long Island. This role emphasizes supportive parent coaching and collaboration with families and clinical directors.
You will perform in-home assessments, create ABA treatment plans, guide parent training, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality, ethical care. Flexible scheduling and immediate start options are available.
