Job description
Strive ABA Therapy provides in-home ABA services focused on meaningful progress for kids with compassionate, individualized care. The BCBA will oversee therapists, assess children with behavioral challenges, and create tailored treatment plans.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a patient, empathetic approach. The role includes supervising therapists, developing programs, producing progress reports, and coordinating with families.
