Job description
Coastal Horizons Center seeks an Intensive In-Home Specialist to deliver in-home services and community-based behavioral health support for children, adolescents, and families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in 24/7 crisis response to ensure timely intervention and linkage to services.
Responsibilities include skill-building, case management, and connecting families to housing, employment, and resources while promoting positive outcomes across settings.
