Job description
UnitedHealth Group, via Almost Family and LHC Group family, is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide in Wisconsin. You will provide personal care and assist with daily living activities to help clients remain in their own homes.
Responsibilities include documenting client condition, assisting with meals and errands, and ensuring safety. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, WI Home Health Aide Registry, and flexibility in hours; CPR preferred with 6+ months of home care
