Job description
Optum Home & Community Care, part of UnitedHealth Group, is expanding its HouseCalls program in Texas. As an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will perform annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other members, without prescribing.
This field-based role emphasizes education, gap closure and collaboration with PCPs. Flexible scheduling, no on-call, no weekends or holidays, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
