Village Caregiving In-home CaregiverVillage Caregiving in Bedford, PA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients, and fostering a positive and respectful environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide medication remindersHelp with meal preparation and feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environmentOffer companionship and emotional supportDocument and report any changes in client’s conditionFollow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionalsRequirementsPrevious experience in caregiving or a related field preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work with elderly or disabled individuals with patience and kindnessStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibilityBackground check and drug screening may be requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay rate of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid semi-monthlyFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive work environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact in the communityAbout the CompanyVillage Caregiving - Altoona, PA is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate in-home care services to individuals in Bedford and surrounding areas.
