We're seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care to older adults in their homes. If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of our clients, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry• Offer companionship and emotional support• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activitiesRequirements:• Must be at least 21 years of age• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)• Must reside in South Carolina• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance• First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)• Must pass background check and drug screening• Dependable, punctual, and professional• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbsCompensation & Benefits:• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour• Opportunity for pay increases based on experience, availability, and performance• Weekly pay• Mileage reimbursement• Paid orientation and training• Holiday pay• Performance-based raisesJoin our team of dedicated caregivers and apply today!
