In-Home Caregiver: Family Caregiver ProgramDo you already help a family member or close friend with everyday tasks like cooking, bathing, or running errands?If your loved one is enrolled in Pennsylvania's CHC Waiver Program through AmeriHealth Caritas, PA Health & Wellness, or UPMC Community HealthChoices, you may be eligible to get compensation for the care you're already providing.We are hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to work as in-home caregivers for their own family or friends under the CHC Waiver.Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prepProvide companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping, laundry, and tidying upMedication reminders (no dispensing)Accompany client to appointments and errandsFollow a care plan coordinated by a CHC service coordinatorRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must pass required background checks (criminal, child abuse clearance)No certification or prior experience needed – full training providedCare recipient must be currently enrolled in CHC Waiver or looking to get servicesWhat VNA offers you:Flexible hours – work part-time or full-timeBi-weekly direct depositPaid training to help you succeedWork-from-home (in your loved one's home)Make a real impact in someone's life while earning incomeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hourBenefits:403(b)Flexible scheduleMileage reimbursementPaid orientationPaid time offPaid trainingWork Location: In personEmployment is contingent on the successful completion of the following clearances:PA State Police Background Check (e-PATCH)Child Abuse ClearanceFBI Background CheckMA Fraud CheckSocial Security VerificationDMV CheckNegative TB test
