That's why we consider your experience, availability, skills, and location when matching you with available client opportunities.Whether you're looking for additional hours or your next long-term caregiving opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDepending on your client's individual care plan, you may:Provide companionship and conversationAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careSupport mobility, walking, and transfersPrepare meals and assist with nutritionProvide medication remindersPerform light housekeepingAssist with errands and transportation when applicableSupport daily routines and independenceObserve and report changes in client conditionProvide safe, respectful, and dependable one-on-one careWho We're Looking ForSuccessful caregivers on our team are:Compassionate and patientDependable and punctualComfortable providing one-on-one careStrong communicatorsRespectful of client preferences and routinesCommitted to consistently showing up for their scheduled clientsAt least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.Experience with Parkinson's disease, dementia, mobility assistance, transfers, personal care, or other specialized care needs is highly valued.Flexible SchedulingOpportunities may include:Day shiftsEvening shiftsWeekend shiftsOvernight shiftsPRN / fill-in opportunitiesHours typically range from 12–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and caregiver availability.Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.Pay & Benefits• Pay Rate: $16.00–$19.00/hour based on the assignment • Training Pay: $15.00/hour • Overtime opportunities • Mileage reimbursement • Paid training and ongoing development • Referral and performance bonuses • Maryland Saves Retirement Program • LifeMart Discount Program • Supportive and responsive local office teamRequirements• At least 1 year of caregiving experience • Valid driver's license • Current auto insurance • Reliable transportation • Negative TB test • Authorization to work in the U.S. • Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and onboardingOpportunities Across Southern MarylandWe serve clients throughout:Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft.
