This position requires caregivers who can effectively communicate in Mandarin and English while providing respectful and attentive care to elderly or disabled clients in their homes.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and companionship to seniors or disabled clients in their homes.Assist with daily living activities including grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care.Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition.RequirementsAt least 6 months of prior caregiving experience (professional or agency-based).Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration in California.Proof of a recent negative TB test.Able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs.Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking).Can speak fluent MandarinDriver’s license and valid car insurance preferredBenefitsCompetitive pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, paid weekly.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive team environment.Flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle.Meaningful work making a positive impact in the community.About The CompanyGriswold Home Care For Cupertino is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care to seniors and disabled adults.
