Village Caregiving – Bowling Green In-home CaregiverVillage Caregiving – Bowling Green is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver to join our team caring for clients in Greenville, KY. As a part-time Caregiver, you will provide essential care and assistance to our elderly and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an individual contributor role, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' daily lives.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly payFlexible scheduling optionsPaid training and ongoing supportMileage reimbursementEmployee referral bonusA friendly and supportive work environmentResponsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressingPrepare meals and help with feeding as necessaryProvide medication reminders and assist with medication managementHelp with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishesAccompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportationEngage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionshipMonitor and report changes in client's physical, mental, and emotional condition to the supervisorMaintain accurate client records and documentationRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a caregiving role preferredCompassion and empathy towards the elderly and disabledAbility to lift and transfer clients as necessaryBasic knowledge of personal care and hygieneStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement: Village Caregiving - Bowling Green is an equal opportunity employer.
