Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring In-Home Caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support clients in Manassas and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for a steady schedule or flexible hours, we offer a variety of opportunities to match your availability and preferences.
Flexible scheduling options:
Weekdays and weekends
Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts

What you'll do:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders and documentation
Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
Requirements:
Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
CPR certification and negative TB screening
Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely

Compensation:
