Part time and full time hours available.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 20-40 hours weekly

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITHIN CLIENTS HOMES AND FACILITIES!
MUST HAVE AN INSURED VEHICLE & DRIVERS LICENSE!
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE CLIENTS IF NEEDED

Responsibilities As Needed
Provide general attention to the non-medical needs of client(s) following an established Plan of Care. This may include personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, oral care, hair and/or skin care.
Assist client(s) in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent.
Assist client(s) with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable.
Provide meal planning, preparation and feeding as required.
Assist with medication reminders.
Assist with prescribed exercises when the client has been instructed by the appropriate health professional.
Document services delivered in accordance with FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor.
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases of emergency.
Adhere to HIPAA Privacy regulations Provide general companion care services.
Work toward continuous quality improvement.
Engage with clients frequently and provide companionship and quality care.
Qualifications
PCA, Caregiver or CNA Experience
Ability to effectively interact and engage with clients, families and First Light team.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and maintain adequate auto insurance and car. Must be comfortable driving to/from & for clients.
Clean background
Must be Reliable and Responsible
We Provide:
Trainings for certifications & pre-employment requirements up front (upon completion of 90 day probation)
Paid orientation
Paid time off starting after 90 days
Mileage reimbursement while on shifts with clients
Hourly pay rates of $14.00 & Reward/bonuses (Bi-weekly)

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
