In-Home Companion and AideYou must meet the following requirements:Have a passion for providing exceptional care to your clientsHave the ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respectHave the ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner and build relationshipsPass criminal background and DMV checksHave a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current vehicle registration (if providing client transportation)Have access to reliable transportation in the Crystal Coast area (New Bern, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Morehead City, Bogue Banks areas)Be physically able to safely transfer client for activities described above (as per your certification level)Achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesWhat you'll have to do:Provide ADL & IADL servicesProvide companionship and make conversation with clientsPerform light housekeeping tasksPrepare meals and monitor overall nutritionProvide respite care for relief of family/primary caregiversAssist with client participation in recreational and leisure activities of theirComplete documentation of activities and significant eventsProvide transportation for grocery shopping and other errandsWhat you'll get in return:Continued training and professional development401K retirement planAFLAC Supplemental Insurance offeringBonus PlansJob Types: Full-time and Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourNow Seeking Caregiver ApplicantsHome Helpers Home Care, is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area.
