New Hope In-Home CaregiverCome Join the New Hope Team! Caregivers are needed in the Murfreesboro area, starting at $14 hour! New Hope is seeking to hire full-time and part-time caregivers to provide reliable, compassionate in-home non-medical care for our clients. Your job as a caregiver is to assist with basic everyday needs (including, but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, transportation, and companionship). Certain rules will apply.Job Requirements:Must have at least 1 (ONE) year of experience in caregiving (family experience ok)Pass a background checkValid Driver's license or state IDExcellent communication skills, flexibility, showing compassion, and being reliable.Job Responsibilities:Provide home care and assistance to clientsAssist with personal care tasks - Help with meal planning and preparationPerform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizingProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAssist with medication remindersAccompany clients to appointments or social outingsExperience:Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is required (family experience ok)Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their familiesCompassionate and patient demeanorAbility to handle emergencies calmly and efficientlyNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
