Caregiver PositionAre you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a difference in someone’s life? We are urgently hiring caregivers to provide immediate support and assistance to seniors and individuals in need. In this role, you will help with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. We have clients throughout New Kensington, Oakmont, Lower Burrell, Cheswick, Springdale, Apollo, Pittsburgh, Saltsburg, Freeport, Gibsonia, Kittanning, and Ford City. Hours are available from Monday to Sunday for morning and afternoon shifts.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility supportProvide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activitiesAssist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errandsOffer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social eventsMonitor clients' overall well-being and report any concernsMaintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all timesQualifications:At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)Must be at least 18 years old (Required)Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test (Required)Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.Benefits:Flexible ScheduleCompetitive Pay ($16-20)Daily PayOvertime PayPaid OrientationPaid Time OffPaid Training and DevelopmentPremium Caregiver ProgramEmployee BenefitsReferral ProgramOpportunities for AdvancementMeaningful One-on-One Care Environment24/7 Office Support
