This position will primarily assist clients with their personal care needs and provide companionship to improve their overall quality of life.Job Summary:Senior Helpers - Denver is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our fantastic team in a new role as a Part-time Caregiver with variable hours. As a Personal Caregiver, you'll provide essential non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes. Your role will involve helping with daily tasks and activities, ensuring our clients' safety, and promoting their independence while respecting their dignity. It's a wonderful opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors and their families.Compensation & Benefits:$19.29 to $24.00 per hour with Daily Pay available (paid biweekly)401(k) with $ for $ Matching; 100% vestedInsurance (including medical, dental AND vision)We offer BOTH Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Time (PST)Certified as a Great Place To Work for 7 years running!Super ongoing training and development opportunities!Nationally recognized programs geared towards Alzheimer's and Parkinson’sOpportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors, veterans, and their families!FAMLI ProgramResponsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide medication reminders and assist with medication managementPlan and prepare nutritious meals and snacksAccompany clients to appointments and assist with errandsProvide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clientsMaintain a clean and safe living environment for clientsCommunicate with clients' families to provide updates on their loved one's well-beingReport any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnelAdhere to all company policies and proceduresRequired Qualifications:Ability to pass background checkMUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. MUST show proof of insuranceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow a care planMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as neededMust be available at least 3 to 20 hours per week between 9 am & 6:00 pm (Monday-Friday)Monthly training to ensure high standards and best practices for our clientsPrevious experience in a caregiving/related role will be preferredApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled or through 10/30/26Work Location: On the road; travel to client homes within the Denver area required.Job Opportunity Notice for Current Employees:This job opportunity is open to all qualified candidates.
