Job description
In-Home CaregiverAs an In-Home Caregiver at Village Caregiving - Bowling Green, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Russellville, Kentucky. You will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to promote our clients' well-being.Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry.Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.Assist with transportation to medical appointments and community outings.Monitor and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition.Requirements:Previous experience as a caregiver or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to provide physical and emotional support to clients.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.Competitive compensation.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Training and professional development programs.A supportive and collaborative work environment.About the Company:Village Caregiving - Bowling Green is a leading provider of in-home caregiver services in Russellville, Kentucky.
