See why our caregivers chose to come and stay to thrive.Our Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.Caregivers needed in Mercer Island, Issaquah, Bellevue, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Auburn.Typical shifts start between 8:00am-9:00pm.Plus:Comfortable with working fill-in shiftsComfortable working shorter shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a dayOpen to Live-in shiftsMemory care experienceComfortable working with all levels of careComfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicleComfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have petsService areas: Renton, Issaquah, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, SeaTac, Burien, Fall City, and other surrounding areas as needed.Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. We work with your availability.24/7 Caregiver Support. You will never work without having someone available to answer the phone should you need something. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week.Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with.
