In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.Caregivers willing to work in West Seattle, Shoreline, Downtown, and surrounding areas or able to commute at 20-30 miles for work.Plus:Valid CNA or HCA licenseOpen to NOC shiftsOpen to 2–4-hour shiftsOpen to stacked shiftsHospice Care experienceMemory Care experienceHoyer Lift experienceNurse DelegationAbility to transport clients in the caregiver's vehicleComfortable working short shifts and going to more than one client's home in a dayComfortable with cats or dogs — most of our clients have petsService areas: Northgate, Capitol Hill, Shoreline, White Center, Magnolia/Queen Anne, West Seattle, Skyway, Green Lake, Central Seattle/Downtown, and BallardPay rate: $24-$24.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week.Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with.
