Looking for Caregivers to work in Soap Lake, Warden, George, Mattawa, and surrounding areas.Our current needs:HIGH NEED:Caregivers with heavy care experience preferred - such personal care (showering and toileting), heavy lifting and cognitive disordersAt this time we are looking for caregivers available for weekday and weekend shifts! Current available shifts anytime between 8 am - 8 pm.Weekday shifts (examples, not limited to): 8a-12p, 9a-2p, 8a-4p, 10a-3p, 3p- 8pmWeekend shifts (examples, not limited to): 10a-12p, 10a-3p, 9a-12p, 1p-3p, 3p-8pmAlso looking for caregivers willing to travel to the Grand Coulee and Ritzville Areas.Caregivers able to transport clients in their vehicle to appointments or grocery shopping + we reimburse mileageCaregivers able to provide hands-on personal care to clients - bathing, dressing, grooming.Pay Rate: $17.75 - $19.00 - Pay is dependent on the care level of the clientWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training that is required.Generous Referral ProgramContinuing Education. We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!Requirements18 years+Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving recordAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededFamily Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
