In-Home Caregiver – Weatherford Area 76086Comfort Keepers in Weatherford, Texas is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors in the Weatherford, TX (76086) area. If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in someone's daily life, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation & Benefits$15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certificationAdditional $1.50/hour weekend differentialBi-weekly pay with direct depositPaid training and orientationEmployee referral programInsurance benefits available for eligible full-time employeesPTO accrual begins after one year of employmentFlexible scheduling based on your availabilityOpportunities for additional hoursSupport from our office and scheduling teamsReal-time assistance when you need support in the fieldWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience providing care to seniors through an agency, facility, or private-duty settingCNA certification is preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and current auto insuranceAbility to safely lift at least 25 poundsDementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plusComfortable working in homes with small dogs and catsAbility to remain responsive to calls, texts, and emails regarding schedulingTypical Caregiver ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you may provide a combination of companionship and hands-on assistance based on each client's individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:Spending time with clients and providing companionshipAssisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feedingHelping clients maintain personal hygiene and daily routinesProviding medication remindersPreparing meals and assisting with basic meal planningCompleting light household tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and tidyingAccompanying clients to appointments or helping with errandsProviding safe mobility and transfer assistance as neededFollowing the client's established care planCommunicating changes or concerns to the appropriate office team memberSupporting families by providing dependable and compassionate careWhy Work With Comfort Keepers?We believe great caregiving starts with treating every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
