Vibrant Caregiver OpportunityVibrant is searching for a compassionate caregiver who understands the importance of meeting our client's needs and allowing them to Be Home...Be Well...and Be Happy!! This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence at their own home including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages.Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs):Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundryMeal preparation & cookingGrocery shopping for or with the clientTransportation & errandsPersonal cares and bathingCompanionshipVisit places in the community/socializeEngage in activities (games, memory books)Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc.Benefits:Paid trainingFlexible schedule built around your availabilityRegular performance reviewsRewarding jobRequirements:Other Requirements:Record daily care notesReport any significant client changes to the Agency officeHave car insuranceMUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSEMust be 18 years or older
