Home Health Aides And In-Home CaregiversVillage Caregiving's Pittsburgh Office is seeking Home Health Aides and In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the Wexford, Allison Park, and Franklin Park PA areas. We offer immediate work, flexible schedules and competitive pay ranging from $14-$16 based on experience. Part-time hours available with the ability to build up to full-time if desired.Description Of The RoleThe In Home Caregiver at Village Caregiving - Pittsburgh is responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. They will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, while ensuring the safety and well-being of the clients. They may also perform light housekeeping tasks and provide companionship and emotional support to clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by following proper infection control protocols and safety measures.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and organizing.Document client progress and report any concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor.RequirementsPrior experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.BenefitsCompetitive compensation of $14 - $16 per hour.Daily Pay401k plan (w/ company match)Flexible schedules to accommodate personal needs.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.A positive and supportive work environment.About The CompanyVillage Caregiving - Pittsburgh is a leading provider of in-home care services in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
