In-Home CaregiversWe are actively hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide daily living assistance and companionship to seniors in the Wilmington and surrounding areas.Enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your availability with competitive pay starting at $16 per hour.Compensation & BenefitsPay Options: Same-day pay and weekly pay available.Insurance: Aflac and Globe Life supplemental insurance offers covering vision, dental, life, and accident insurance.Time Off & Training: Paid training provided upon hire, plus accrued Paid Time Off (PTO).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care, hygiene, and mobility.Prepare meals and handle light housekeeping tasks.Provide medication reminders and safe transportation to appointments.Offer friendly companionship and supervision.Qualifications & RequirementsCompassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but entry-level applicants with a strong desire to help others are welcome to apply.
