Care ProfessionalSYNERGY HomeCare Northeast Metro is looking for compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout the Northeast Metro.You'll provide personalized support based on each client's individualized Plan of Care, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.We offer:Flexible scheduling — Work around your availability and personal commitmentsPart-time opportunities with potential for full-time hoursShift differentials — Earn additional pay for qualifying shiftsTapcheck — Access your earned wages before payday when you need themOpportunities to pick up additional shifts when available24/7 support from a local team that knows you and the clients you care forOpportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients and make a difference in their everyday livesYour responsibilities may include:Providing compassionate, respectful care based on each client's individualized Plan of CareAssisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, oral hygiene, and bedtime careProviding mobility assistance, including ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activitiesProviding companionship and positive social interactionAssisting with permitted hands-on care such as support stockings, ace bandages, and hot/cold therapiesProviding medication reminders only — Care Professionals do not administer medicationsObserving clients and reporting changes in condition, safety concerns, incidents, or accidentsAccurately documenting care provided and services renderedMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable client environmentWorking professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and fellow Care ProfessionalsMaintaining client dignity, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundariesWe're looking for someone who is:Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping othersDependable and reliablePatient and respectfulComfortable providing personal care and mobility assistanceAble to work independently and follow an individualized care planA strong communicatorFlexible and able to remain calm in different situationsCommitted to providing professional, respectful careRequirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license with proof of auto insurance and reliable transportationAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds as neededPrior in-home care experience is preferred, but not requiredSYNERGY HomeCare Northeast Metro 1879 Station Parkway NW Andover, MN 55304
