Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations for members in their homes. Visits last about 45 minutes and include a review of medications and medical history, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests as ordered.
Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states is required; virtual visits are possible. Board-certified, licensed clinicians support personalized care at the doorstep.
