Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations for health plan members. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history, exam and optional tests when ordered by the health plan.
Clinicians will use an iPad workflow, travel within licensed states, and may conduct virtual visits as needed. Board certification and multi-state licensure are required or preferred.
