Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Per Diem Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations in Colorado Springs and surrounding licensed states. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and uses an iPad workflow; prescribing, labs, or changing treatment are not required.
You'll build trusted relationships with health plan members, travel locally, and conduct virtual visits as needed. The role offers an hourly base pay plus incentives and malpractice coverage for Signify Health
