Job description
Columbia Home Services LLC in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners and close HVAC solutions for their homes. This is a full-time in-home sales role offering warm leads, paid training, and the potential to earn $150K+ based on performance.
You’ll start with two weeks of paid training at $25/hour in Dallas or Philadelphia, then transition to a 100% commission structure with an uncapped earning potential and a company vehicle provided for travel within your territory.
