Job description
Herewith is seeking an In-Home Dialysis Care Partner in Fate, TX to support patients receiving dialysis at home. You will set up equipment, provide companionship, monitor safety, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient wellbeing.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dialysis experience, are dependable, and can work with a clinical team while maintaining client privacy and comfort. Training and consistent scheduling are provided.
