Job description
Medical House Calls, LLC in Brentwood, TN seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care to families across Middle Tennessee. You’ll build long-term relationships, diagnose and manage conditions, and coordinate with a care team in various settings.
The role demands an NP with MSN/DNP, current FNP certification, and 2–5 years of family practice experience. BLS is required; ACLS preferred. Travel between patient visits is expected, with comprehensive benefits provided.
