Job description
Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, seeks a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities across North Carolina. You will guide youth and families through the structured FCT model, build skills, and coordinate with clinical and school partners to ensure holistic care.
This community-based role offers flexible scheduling, on-call crisis support, and a structured path to FCT certification.
