Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to perform structured, in‑home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments across diverse patient populations. This PRN role offers flexible weekday visits with consistent scheduling support, paid training, and a focus on independent, professional field work.
Most providers complete 4–5 visits per day based on availability, with travel within a 55-mile radius of the assigned county.
