Job description
All Seniors Foundation in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Physician Assistant (Geriatric Home Care) to deliver in-home assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing medical support under physician supervision.
You will work closely with supervising physicians, educate patients and families on chronic disease management, and maintain accurate records while complying with healthcare regulations. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits, aligned to the LA market.
