Job description
Fox Rehabilitation in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in patients' homes and senior living communities using the Geriatric House Calls model.
You will evaluate, treat, and document in our EMR, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and may include telehealth to extend care. Flexible schedule and autonomy are emphasized.
