Job description
Senior Total Life Care seeks a Home Care Skilled Nurse to deliver in-home nursing services according to care plans and physician orders. You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates are RNs licensed in North Carolina with at least 1 year of home or community health experience, able to work evenings and on-call shifts, and comfortable with EMR documentation.
