Job description
Signify Health in the United States is seeking a Full-time Clinician (NP/PA) to provide in-home health evaluations, visiting members in their homes and bridging gaps in care.
You will perform medical history and physical evaluations, and may conduct additional tests as ordered by health plans. Travel locally within licensed states is required, and you will join a national network of clinicians offering diagnostic and preventive services. The role uses an iPad with a streamlined workflow.
