Job description
Signify Health is seeking a full-time clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits are about 45 minutes, involving history review, physicals, and optional tests where required by the health plan.
Role includes travel within licensed states, virtual visits as needed, and collaboration with a national network of clinicians. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CEU allowance, 401K, malpractice coverage, and supplies.
